These gatherings, split into Spring and Fall sessions, offer unique and valuable opportunities to engage with the corporate and government landscape, secure contracting opportunities, and foster a strong culture of belonging through a shared focus on business growth, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

COLOURS Spring LGBT Business Summit
The Detroit Regional LGBT Chamber of Commerce COLOURS Spring LGBT Business Summit is focused on the business landscape and contracting opportunities. This includes ways on how to scale our members’ businesses and benefits of LGBTQ Business Certification. Matchmakers and several sessions. This all-day event includes over 120 professionals and business owners, 4 to 5 workshops and multiple opportunities to network with corporate partners and other leaders.

COLOURS Fall LGBT Business Summit
The Detroit Regional LGBT Chamber of Commerce COLOURS Fall LGBT Business Summit is focused on the corporate and government landscape with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts in the forefront. This will provide a preview into the upcoming DE&I efforts in the region and the generations coming into the workforce are reacting to an ever so changing landscape, post-pandemic and calls for social justice. This a perfect way to gather best-practices, offer suggestions and help your company continue to create a cultural of belonging. This event also features technical assistance providers for our small businesses to meet with correcting operational needs and business services such as legal, human resources and marketing advice.
